TABLE TABU RENTAL POLICY

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, the Client authorizes Table Tabu to charge for rental fees, deposits, late fees, replacement fees, and any additional charges incurred under this agreement. Payment is processed prior to pickup, or by phone for phone orders.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking for all rentals:

  • Tier-1 items priced between $19.99 – $22.99 require a $35.00 refundable deposit.
  • Tier-2 items priced between $21.99 – $24.99 require a $45.00 refundable deposit.

The deposit will be refunded in full once all rental items are returned on time, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Any damage, loss, excessive cleaning, late fees, or replacement charges will be deducted from the deposit. If charges exceed the deposit amount, the Client authorizes Table Tabu to charge the remaining balance to the card on file.

Card Information & Security

Table Tabu will retain the customers payment information via shopify only during the duration of the rental process for the purpose of charging replacement, damage, loss, non-return, or late fees. Once all items are returned and verified in good condition, and with all original packaging, the order will be marked in Shopify as fulfilled and the payment information will no longer be available.  Table Tabu does not retain customer credit card information for future orders.

Cancellations & Refunds

    14+ days before pickup — Full refund eligible.

    7–13 days before pickup — Partial refund eligible; deposit and care & handling fee are non-refundable.

    6 days or less before pickup — No refund. Items may be reassigned to another order at day 5.

    No-shows — Orders not picked up at the scheduled time are considered a cancellation and are 100% non-refundable. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Unclaimed items may be reassigned to other orders.

    General — No refunds are issued for unused items, regardless of quantity ordered. Early or late pickup does not reduce or extend the rental period.

    Force Majeure

    In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond either party's control, Table Tabu will review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis.
